10-8 return policy
A lot of heart and soul goes into every product I create and I want you to be happy with your purchase. However, if there’s something that’s not to your satisfaction, you have 30 days to return your product (with the exception of custom engraved items) for credit or refund by following the instructions below.
- Contact me via phone or email to receive a return authorization number. This will help me keep track of your item and ensure your return is processed promptly. Please do not return any item without contacting me first.
- Pack your item carefully and send back to me via your preferred carrier. I suggest you ship via a carrier that provides you with insurance and signature proof of delivery so you can track the item, as I’m not responsible for items that may get lost or damaged in transit.
- Once I receive your return I’ll process the credit or refund within seven business days.
